CloudMasonry exceeded our expectations in every respect. As an organization, we had very little experience with SalesForce customization or utilization and needed an attentive firm that could build solutions and provide guidance for a highly unique, dynamic business model in a regulated industry. It was obvious from the initial scoping meetings that the CloudMasonry were experts in custom SalesForce solutions development and they got our team up to speed on their proposals very fast considering our lack of experience. Throughout the engagement, they were fully on top of the deliverables, timelines, and communication cadence, owning much more of the project accountability than I expected and guiding our stakeholders through the development decisions and strategy. On top of it all, the team is fun and easy to work with and their work product is elegant and efficient. The (reasonable) cost was more than worth the results, and I would not even evaluate other vendors for our next SalesForce build needs.
