Five (5) years ago we selected Exigent as our trusted IT partner, and boy are we pleased that we did! CanAm is a small business, and we did not have the proper resources to maintain servers, deploy software upgrades/patches and keep up with evolving technology. Nor did we want to – we wanted to focus on our core business. Exigent worked tirelessly with us over the years to transition our in-house IT environment to cloud services either hosted in their environment or a 3rd party provider such as Microsoft. All this work really paid off when COVID hit – it was a real-life test of our contingency plan. We were able to seamlessly have our users work from home almost instantly. We also have a dedicated CTO (Frank) who is very knowledgeable, always available, and just wonderful to work with. He puts himself in the client’s shoes and works to ensure the solutions we are moving toward meet our business requirements.

Our company has been relying on Exigent for ad-hoc tech support, project work and as a reliable supplier for hardware and software products for over 20 years. Due to business restructuring, we decided to fully outsource our IT to Exigent by becoming a Managed IT Services customer in 2017. What a gamechanger! We truly appreciate the fact that Exigent's engineers are all familiar with our environment, which saves valuable time. Even if our issue is being addressed by an engineer who doesn't regularly work with our account, everything is so well documented in their system that they have all the details they need to handle it quickly. Moments count in business, and Exigent's quick responsiveness helps us achieve our goals.

We've recently transitioned to Exigent for full service technology integrator services. The project manager and engineers were knowledgeable and responsive. Planning and communication was excellent. The transition was very smooth, resulting in little downtime for our team. And we came in pretty close to budget. Support services to date have been strong. Overall a great experience - highly recommend the team.
