You'll be better off burning your money than feeling the pain and frustration of trying to get them to do what you hired them for. Too many complaints to list, but here's a few: -in the course of one year we've had three different project managers that have been fired or left the company...the new ones have no idea what the old ones did, so it's starting over again. -after paying over $45,000, we have a basic website (worse than the off the shelf version that we were paying $40 a month for), our SEO keywords have not moved an inch (some are placing worse), and they've cost us about tens of thousands of dollars and dozens of customers due to their inability to put together a basic functioning site. The list goes on and on. If you're still not convinced; read the reviews on Google and on Yelp carefully...you will notice that a majority of their positive reviews come from actual employees of the company (even the owner) reviewing as if they were a client.
