We came to them with a clear and specific requirement. We have a video that we want to reproducer at higher quality and with proper exposure. We had several discussions regarding this requirement and even emphasized its importance. The firm assured us that a white background would not be an issue. Upon receiving the final product, we were extremely disappointed to find that the background was not solid white as agreed upon, and the overall video quality was poor. A teenage with a phone would have done a better job. In response to our concerns about the video's quality, the firm defended their work by stating that our expectations for a perfectly solid white background, a properly exposed scene, and a high-quality video were unreasonable. They claimed that achieving such a level of precision was not feasible, and would require a higher budget. This kind of unprofessional behavior is unacceptable and does not reflect the level of service we expected from a professional company. We trusted them with our project and provided clear instructions, only to be met with a lack of attention to detail and refusal to correct their mistakes. They refused to reshoot the video or issue a refund. We hope that sharing this negative experience will serve as a cautionary tale for others considering this video production firm. We encourage them to take client expectations seriously, improve their attention to detail, and find ways to deliver on agreed-upon requirements.

Feigned Professionalism - that is how I would describe this company in two words. My company booked them for help recording an event we were hosting in San Francisco, and for a pretty penny at that. During the event, things seemed great; The cameraman looked prepared, had high-end equipment, and a general professional demeanor. After the event, however, we were shocked to find some of the worst raw footage I had ever seen from a camera team. It seems that the cameraman they hired had nearly no experience handling a camera. His angles were terrible, his shots were shaky, and his positioning was just not up to par. When making a dolly shot, the cameraman zoomed in the camera - we paid a massive sum for a cameraman who didn't know how to take even a dolly shot. Needless to say, our client was livid. What made things worse was that a similar event they hosted in another country had footage that was multitudes better than what we had, making the situation that much worse. When we went to Repertoire to explain the situation and their failure to deliver quality footage, their team leader had the gall to accuse us of failing to use their footage correctly! We showed them clearly that all of their footage was nigh-unusable, but he would not relent. In the end, we had to apologize profusely and give a massive discount to our client while we received nothing in the way of compensation for a failure to deliver from Repertoire's side. My advice: Avoid this company at all cost.
