Not only he did not do that, he did not even have the decency to send my colleague any further emails even though my colleague tried to follow up again with him- second strike. Lastly he sent me an email a few days later to say "we're still interested in the work you're doing at your organization", asking for us to schedule another call with him. It was good that I didn't waste my time any longer or bother with a reply, because the day after that he sent another email to say that our project basically was just a squirt bottle (we were doing a manual bidet), and that they aren't confident they can be successful. (He could have just said his company is not confident of being successful WITHOUT insulting our project in the same breath). That was basically the last straw, and the last insult that we could take. Take a leaf from my book and do not waste your time with this company.

My overall experience was great. They really help you step back and review or do your customer personas, take you through the buyer/customer journey, and think about how content and positioning should be through the awareness, consideration, and decision phases.
