I ordered a service from Fish and after the first 2 meetings, they never replied. I called for 2 months but received a callback. I had to chargeback after all attempts to communicate.

I was not able to use the end result of the product Nexbit built. The end result of their product did not work and did not meet the requirement and expectation of the original agreement to provide me with a functioning ecommerce website, and Nexbit refused to refund me the money I paid them for a site I cannot use. Please see below the problems I encountered, and the new Developer identified re: the end result of the website Nexbit provided: Problems on Nexbit built site 1. Email configuration does not have a professional/real/correct email address. Managed through hosting(?). 2. I could not submit an order without a registered user. No error message was given after entering information multiple times. 3. I could not register at first - it went through but did not indicate that to me as the user. No email was received @ any of the email addresses listed - to the business. 4. I created a test product, entered a real credit card, registered, and tried to submit - error. 5. The email newsletter signup gave me an error. 6. The contact form would not submit; kept spinning, no error and no submit. 7. FAQ page has a template product graphic on the right and latin text - needs to be filled out. 8. Copyright said “your store” instead of the company name. 9. All forms require approval of the shipping policy which does not make sense for the user. 10.The calculator does not function, it takes the user to a blank page.
