Communications skills are poor, designing I found to be great. This must be a company that just started out, not organized. If you work with them be prepared to sign contracts. I found that they wanted me to pay before the contract was finalized or changed to the way we agreed on. They could go a long ways if the friendly prospect was there as great communication plays a big role in the work you are trying to accomplish.
