Worst outbound organization I have worked with. Their callers are ridiculously bad, they couldn't even get our company name correct. No management or coaching for the outbound callers they start bad and got even worse. We cancelled them after 3 months and just took the loss. Look elsewhere if you need an effect team to work with.
