We are a small non-profit with limited finances for typical IT service within. We have worked with Flagship City for many years. The website server itself we have never had a problem with. As far as customer service Antoine is always quick to reply and extremely helpful. Even if we contact after hours we get a quick response even though it is not expected on our end. He goes the extra mile to help us out with any issues we have. Most recently we had a problem with our Google accounts. We couldn’t get direct help from Google very easily but Antoine was there to give us assistance even though our problem didn’t have anything to do with his business. We would highly recommend.

The Experience that I had with Antoine was like working with a best friend.. He explained everything to me so I could understand it . He went over step-by-step exactly what he was going to do.. And for the business that I needed the website for he definitely went and did his homework.. Not only do I suggest him but I hope one day I can hire him full time to be my programmer... There's no 2 ways about it the kid is talented..
