After years of not being satisfied with the results we had seen from Story, I sent an email requesting we end our engagement because we had found a new marketing company that only worked with our specific industry. The [sensitive content hidden] called me on the phone and berated me saying that it was my sales people's fault I wasn't closing sales and not his. I thanked him for his viewpoint but told him we wanted to end our engagement with Story. The [sensitive content hidden] initially replied saying he would pull the contract, then several days later sent a second email saying we could not get out of the contract for 14 months. I would highly recommend you look elsewhere for a marketing company.
