In starting at a new organization, it quickly became apparent that our brand needed a facelift –both in appearance and in usability, but due to recent previous investments in branding that yielded less than stellar results, our organization did not have the mindshare nor the budget to go through another major rebrand. Second, we had just hired a website agency to launch a new website, but without a brand uplift, I knew our massive investment would be shortchanged in effect. Based on my previous experience while working at a different organization, I contacted Speak! to help. Speak! implemented a cost-effective rebrand strategy, which included an updated visual identity, enhanced messaging, and the update of a brand book. Speak! then provided the website development and design agency the new visual identity to help in the development of the new website. The website launched with the new brand visual identity and has received much positive feedback. We continue to use Speak! for the majority of our design needs - from marketing collateral to ads to new tradeshow booth properties. Prior to using Speak!, our external design agency was highly responsive, but as our company matured, so did our design needs. The previous agency's price point was attractive but often projects required more back and forth, ultimately driving up the end price of the project and leaving the projects often in a state of “good enough.” With Speak!, design is of higher quality from the outset, requiring less back and forth and as a result Speak! projects often come in under budget. I also know that with every project, I will truly be excited at what we have produced when finished working together. Speak! is very professional, on top of everything, set expectations properly, and above all, they produce high quality design in line with our budget.
