*****BUYER BEWARE***** before you do business with them. I am a company that has hired this company to do work on a website as they claim to be experts of the nopcommerce program, I first spoke with a Glen who assigned me to Chris Kochheim for our project. Over a 3 month time frame when I started to realize nothing was getting done and our meetings were canceled atleast 4 seperate times due to some excuse which seemed to be unprofessional but ok I can be understanding so I just started questioning them to why things weren’t getting done. All they ask is to have another meeting to go over what needed done which I’m like ok we have stated this from the beginning why are we going over again and being billed for another meeting to go over the same things. I start getting bills which I didn’t think much of so I went and paid $6000 then I kept getting bills and noticed duplicate line items and not seeing these line items done on the site so I questioned the main tech working the claim, with no resolution I contacted the main person when I called the company Glenn Zack which Chris asked me not to do that seemed off to me. He told me I had to deal with her but he asked me for payment, I explained I had concerns and wanted to go over these charges, he finally had a call with me and I reviewed line by line with him. He agreed that there was duplicates and would check to get me documentation and get back to me. Next thing you know I get an email from a collection company literally 5 days after our call. He never tried to return a call or email to go over my concerns or even just say no sorry these are the charges. I strongly feel this is just another sign of fraud. All I ask is for proof of the work completed and I’ll gladly pay the invoice but I feel since I’m out of state and there contract states they can charge 18% and fees they can try to fraudulently get me to pay. I feel I should have the legal right to ask for documentation and they can’t just bill for duplicate things and then I have to fight and pay legal fees to get documentation or proof of service. All I ask is proof of service or cancel the collection and refund the balance of $734 which I listed was over paid unless they can show proof. They are trying to bill an additional $4000. They want $11,000 for nothing and there supposed to be the experts of this. Private message me and I’ll send proof and details of the site if needed. Save time and money don’t get scammed like I did. ******BUYER BEWARE *****
