Bridge City Media created tutorial and promo videos for our upcoming new app and they did an excellent job. They did everything to make sure our project was successful and delivered videos that exceeded all expectations. Erik Croswell took time to truly learn about our product and understand our business and goals, communicated with us consistently, and then coordinated a perfect engagement with their team. We decided to have the videos updated with new titling and narration for Chinese audiences as well. They managed the translation and quickly and flawlessly updated the videos that were not originally created for this update.
